Water Resources Planning and Management

Clear Water Solutions completed a water converation planning grant for the Town of Windsor. The grant has been approved by CWCB and will cover the Water Conservation Plan for Windsor in its entirety.  The plan  will evaluate current and future water demands by customer category and identify conservation goals to target.  We will work closely with the Town Board and staff to develop strategies to achieve our water savings goals.

We are also serving as the Town's water resources/water rights engineer. We are handling all aspects of the Town's water rights, change of use, and plan for augmentation through Water Court.

Infrastructure

Clear Water Solutions was hired by the Town of Windsor to provide design, bid and construction administrative support for a regional storm drainage improvements project.

The project is part of the Town’s Master Storm Drainage Planned Improvements.  Services include design of spill channels, pond grading and pumping components to drain the pond at set overflow rates.

In addition, we are helping Windsor with its annual capital improvement projects.
