Water Resources Planning and Management

Clear Water Solutions completed a water conservation planning grant application for the City of Salida through CWCB.  The planning grant has been approved and will cover the majority of cost to complete the Water Conservation Plan.

The Water Conservation Plan will evaluate the accounting and billing system, historic and current water usage, rate structure, and water conservation measures already in place.  We will develop new conservation measures and programs to help Salida use its water sources most efficiently. We will also compute how the new water conservation will impact the City's revenues and benefit Salida through delayed water acquisition and capital improvements.
