Clear Water Solutions assisted Obermeyer Hydro, Inc. with the development of an augmentation plan through Water Court. We identified various augmentation supplies for use within the augmentation plan. A Water Court application was filed and a subsequent 308(4) substitute water supply plan was submitted to the State Engineer's Office.
