Water Resources Planning and ManagementClear Water Solutions completed a Water Conservation Plan for the North Weld County Water District (NWCWD). The plan evaluated system characteristics and current and future water demands by customer category. From this information, and through a cost benefit analysis, conservation goals were identified. We worked closely with District staff and Board to develop conservation programs and measures to achieve these water savings goals. Clear Water Solutions assisted the District in developing a plan of implementation and assisted in providing this plan to the public to obtain feedback. The Water Conservation Plan was approved by the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) in June of 2009. Our firm will continue to assist the District with obtaining grant money for implementation of the water conservation measures and programs developed in the plan. Clear Water Solutions was successful in obtaining grant money for the completion of the Water Conservation Plan.
