Water Resources Planning and Management
Clear Water Solutions is providing engineering support for the Kern Reservoir and Ditch Company change of use case. The water court case also includes a plan for augmentation for the Town’s wells. We provided all engineering for the water court negotiations and served as an expert witness at the trial. We assisted the water attorneys in drafting the proposed decree and final decree consistent with the findings of fact and conclusions of law entered by the Water Judge.
