Water Resources Planning and Management

Clear Water Solutions is currently working with J&R Farm on the completion of a plan of augmentation in Water Court and a subsequent substitute water supply plan to the State Engineer.  J&R Farm operates a commercial tree operation, which irrigates from an alluvial well.  The plan of augmentation addresses lagged stream depletions and outlines a plan to replace those depletions in location, timing and amount.

Our firm is also assisting J&R Farm with water right investigations, valuations and negotiations.
