Water Resources Planning and Management

Clear Water Solutions is assisting the City of Evans with the completion of a Water Conservation Plan.  Our firm completed a planning grant application that will pay for the majority of the Water Conservation Plan. 

The Water Conservation Plan quantifies current and future water use, develops water-savings goals and identifies measures and programs for the City to achieve those goals.  We will assist the City through the required public-review process and coordinate with CWCB for final approval.
