Water Resources Planning and Management

Clear Water Solutions has completed a Water Conservation Plan for East Larimer County Water District (ELCO).  Our firm provided support for key portions of the grant application.  The grant was approved by the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) and paid for the Water Conservation Plan in its entirety.  

ELCO's service area is generally north and east of the City of Fort Collins.  The Water Conservation Plan quantifies current and future water use, develops water-savings goals, and identifies measures and programs for ELCO to achieve those goals.  We helped ELCO through the required public-review process.  The Water Conservation Plan has been approved by CWCB, which now qualifies the District for water-efficiency grants and future loans through CWCB.
