Infrastructure Planning and DesignClear Water Solutions was hired by the City and County of Broomfield to provide design, bid and project management duties associated with replacement of the County’s existing wash pad at the service center.
The existing wash pad did not meet the multiple needs of the City. As a result, we were hired to design a staged project that provided separate wash facilities for the City’s large snow removal machines, in addition to the City’s significant variety of mowing equipment.
The design consists of a new grading plan, concrete wash bays, grass separation equipment and a “waste-to-wash” water recovery system. We will also complete all permitting, bid and construction phase services for both the interim and long-term improvements.
