Clear Water Solutions is assisting A&W Water Service with it substitute water supply plan and Water Court cases to keep its wells in compliance with State regulations and administration.
We have worked to secure long-term water supplies and have completed engineering in support of changes of use of water rights and a plan for augmentation. We helped A&W negotiate these water supplies and have since handled all aspects of A&W's accounting in accordance with the State Engineer's rules and regulations. |
